According to the requirements of GB/T 7252 and DL/T 722 for the analysis of dissolved gases in transformer oil, online monitoring devices need to maintain the stability of degassing and separation over a wide ambient temperature range. The DRD-3000 online transformer oil chromatography monitoring device is intended for oil-immersed power equipment at voltage levels of 35kV and above, providing repeatable measurement data for seven gas components and trace moisture.
The device is suitable for oil-immersed high-voltage equipment such as power transformers, electric arc furnace transformers, reactors, and instrument transformers at voltage levels of 35kV and above. During installation, it is connected to the oil sampling port of the transformer body through a flange or valve, adopting a circulating oil sampling method without changing the original oil circuit structure of the equipment. It can be fixed nearby on the transformer foundation or support on site.
The device can detect seven gas components: hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, ethylene, and acetylene, and integrates trace moisture measurement. Minimum detection limits: acetylene not greater than 0.1μL/L, hydrogen not greater than 2μL/L, and other hydrocarbon gases not greater than 0.5μL/L. A single analysis cycle can be set within a range of 1 to 24 hours, and measurement repeatability meets the comparison requirements of relevant standards for online monitoring devices.
The cold trap is used to suppress interference from high-boiling-point components in oil samples. The cold trap temperature should be kept within the storage and transportation limit range of -40℃ to +80℃, and is usually set at -5℃ to 5℃ during operation. The internal constant-temperature system of the device independently controls the temperature of the degassing module and the chromatographic column oven, reducing the impact of ambient temperature fluctuations on retention time and ensuring data consistency across different seasons.
The device provides RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces and supports uploading monitoring data via IEC 61850 or Modbus protocols. Locally, it can store at least 12 months of historical data and spectra and supports remote access. Alarm thresholds can be set in stages according to equipment type and operating procedures, and the output contact capacity meets the requirements for connection to on-site signal panels.
The rated voltage is AC220V, with an allowable deviation of -10% to +10%. The overall protection rating of the device reaches IP54, the operating ambient temperature is -25℃ to +55℃, and the relative humidity is not greater than 95%. In low-temperature environments, the cold trap and pipeline heat tracing systems are automatically activated to prevent oil sample solidification from affecting injection repeatability.
