During on-site operation and maintenance, the installation and operation of online oil chromatography monitoring devices often encounter the following types of problems, which are explained one by one in the form of a key point list below.
The device should be installed near the transformer body, avoiding direct sunlight and strong electromagnetic interference. The oil sampling port should preferably be selected at the lower part of the oil tank or in the circulating oil circuit to ensure that the oil sample taken can represent the oil quality of the body. After installation, a sealing check is required to prevent air infiltration from affecting the detection results. DRD-9600 is suitable for operating condition monitoring of power transformers with voltage levels of 110kV and above, and high-voltage shunt reactors with voltage levels of 330kV and above.
The equipment's working environment temperature is -40℃～＋55℃, relative humidity 5～95%, and there should be neither condensation nor icing inside the device. The atmospheric pressure adaptation range is 70kPa～110kPa (50kPa～110kPa optional for special scenarios). The working power supply is AC220V±10%. In extremely cold or high-humidity areas, it is recommended to install a protective box and regularly check the heating and dehumidification module.
The default detection cycle is 24 hours/time, and users can set it to 6 hours/time or 12 hours/time as needed. The data storage time is not less than 10 years, meeting the needs of long-term trend analysis. Operation and maintenance personnel should regularly export data backups and pay attention to whether the cycle setting matches changes in transformer load.
The lifespan of the permeable membrane is about 8 years, the lifespan of the chromatographic column is about 6 years, and the lifespan of the sensor is about 10 years. The actual lifespan is affected by oil quality, ambient temperature, and frequency of use. It is recommended to check whether the permeable membrane is blocked or damaged once a quarter, perform a standard gas calibration on the chromatographic column once a year, and contact the manufacturer promptly for calibration or replacement when the sensor drifts.
When the device generates an alarm for excessive characteristic gases such as acetylene and hydrogen, first check whether the online data is consistent with the offline sampling results. If the deviation is large, check whether the carrier gas pressure and oil inlet pipeline are leaking, and whether the calibration has expired. After ruling out problems with the device itself, make a comprehensive judgment based on the transformer's operating conditions. It is prohibited to draw conclusions directly based only on a single set of online data.
Check each shift whether there are prompts such as communication interruption, insufficient carrier gas, or abnormal temperature on the device screen or background. Clean the cooling fan filter screen every month and check the oil circuit connectors for leakage. Perform a standard gas verification every six months to ensure data credibility. Check whether the grounding is reliable before the thunderstorm season. If encountering a fault that cannot be handled by yourself, record the fault code and contact the manufacturer's technical support.
