The system complies with the technical requirements of DL/T 722 and GB/T 7252 for the analysis of dissolved gases in transformer oil. It adopts the principle of gas chromatography and can detect characteristic gases such as methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, as well as micro-water content.
The default detection cycle is 24 hours per test, and it can be set to 6 hours or 12 hours; the data storage capacity is no less than 10 years; the designed service life of the permeable membrane is 8 years; the service life of the chromatographic column is 6 years; the service life of the sensor is 10 years.
The operating temperature range covers -40℃ to +70℃, humidity ≤95% without condensation, protection rating IP55, suitable for long-term outdoor operation.
The device is usually installed beside key oil-filled equipment such as the main transformer of a power plant booster station, the main transformer of a power grid hub substation, converter transformers, and reactors.
It is suitable for gas and micro-water detection of oil-immersed high-voltage equipment such as power transformers, electric arc furnace transformers, reactors, and instrument transformers at voltage levels of 35kV and above.
