During routine maintenance and handover tests of transformer on-load tap-changers, design and selection personnel need to evaluate whether test instruments can stably acquire transition waveforms and resistance data in substation field environments. The DRD-9600 on-load tap-changer tester is designed for such requirements and is suitable for tap-changer operation characteristic checks, transition resistance measurement, and three-phase simultaneity judgment.
The instrument is equipped with multiple signal channels and can synchronously acquire three-phase voltage and current signals during tap-changer switching. The sampling rate meets the requirements for restoring transition process waveforms and can record detailed changes during switching, providing raw data for analyzing contact operation timing.
Transition resistance measurement covers 0.4Ω–20Ω in the 1A range, adapting to the transition resistance range of common on-load tap-changers. The transition time measurement accuracy is 0.1ms, the three-phase simultaneity accuracy is 0.1ms, and the three-phase waveform accuracy is 0.3ms, which can be used to judge the consistency of three-phase switching operations.
The device operates in an ambient temperature of -10℃–50℃ and is powered by AC220V±10%, meeting the usage conditions of most substation sites and maintenance workshops. The instrument structure facilitates portability and on-site wiring operations.
Design and selection personnel can compare parameters such as sampling rate, number of signal channels, transition time measurement range, transition resistance measurement range, and simultaneity measurement error, and confirm whether the instrument range and accuracy cover the test requirements based on the voltage level and transition resistance design value of the actual tap-changer under test.
