During grounding grid testing, operation and maintenance personnel often encounter situations such as poor repeatability of measurement data, excessively high interference voltage, and insufficient length of current leads. The DRD-135B Large Grounding Grid Impedance Tester has been designed with these on-site problems in mind to help test personnel obtain relatively stable grounding impedance data.
The instrument can be used to measure the grounding impedance and grounding resistance of large grounding grids, as well as the grounding resistance of current stakes and voltage stakes. It also has the capability to measure step voltage and contact voltage, facilitating comprehensive evaluation of grounding grid safety indicators. The instrument adopts variable-frequency anti-interference technology, which helps improve measurement repeatability in strong interference environments such as substations.
Speed measurement range 0~3600.00 r/min, accuracy class 0.2; AC voltage measurement range 0~600.00 V, accuracy class 0.2; AC current measurement range 0~120.00 A, accuracy class 0.2; active power measurement range 0~72 kW, accuracy class 0.2; frequency measurement range 45.00~75.00 Hz, accuracy class 0.2. The working power supply is 220 V (within the allowable deviation range). The above parameters are applicable to conventional on-site testing conditions; the specific details are subject to the technical documents supplied with the instrument.
Before use, confirm the layout positions of the current stakes and voltage stakes and the reliable connection of the leads, and maintain a safe distance from live equipment during testing. The instrument should be stored in a dry and ventilated place and protected from severe vibration. Calibrate the instrument regularly to ensure the accuracy of measurement data.
