2. It is strictly forbidden to place the probe gun on the ground, and the probe hole must not be contaminated by dust to avoid affecting the instrument's performance.

2. Whether the oil is clean affects the vacuum degree of the pump. Generally, when the pump is used to evacuate dry gases for about 600 to 1000 hours, the oil should be replaced with new oil.
3. To replace with new oil, first run the pump for 30 minutes to thin the oil, then unscrew the oil drain plug to completely drain the dirty oil from the pump chamber. Then add a certain amount of new oil from the oil filler hole, start the motor
and run for a few seconds to clean the inside of the pump. Repeat this operation 2 to 3 times until clean, then drain the dirty oil, install the oil drain plug, and inject new pump oil from the oil filler hole to the center of the oil window,
then screw on the oil filler plug.
4. Use HFV-1 vacuum pump oil. Note that the oil level must not be lower than the center, but also must not be higher than the entire oil window, otherwise oil spitting may occur.
5. Different types and brands of vacuum pump oil must not be mixed.
