Transformer Ratio and Group Tester
Darui Electric recommends:
Using a transformer ratio bridge to measure the transformer ratio involves a cumbersome operation process and a narrow measurement range, which no longer meets the fast-paced and high-efficiency requirements of modern measurement. To this end, our company has developed a new generation of transformer ratio and group tester using modern electronic technology. It is small in size, light in weight, high in accuracy, and good in stability. It features a large-screen Chinese character display, menu operation, and a user-friendly interface. The ratio and group can be measured in one go. This instrument is an ideal testing instrument for the power industry.
Functional Features
1. Automatically measure the connection group.
2. Automatically change the group.
3. Automatically switch phase sequence.
4. Automatically switch range.
5. Automatically calibrate the meter.
6. After inputting the standard ratio, it can automatically calculate the relative error.
7. After one measurement is completed, the test voltage is automatically cut off.
8. The set data and measurement results are automatically saved, and previous data can be viewed.
9. For measuring on-load transformers, only input the ratio once.
10. Equipped with a serial R232 interface.
11. Equipped with a micro printer, which can also directly print out the data results.
Technical Indicators
2. Group: 1—12 points
3. Accuracy: 1-1000 0.2 class, 1000-10000 0.5 class
4. Power supply: AC220V ±10%, 50HZ
5. Operating ambient temperature: -5℃ ─ 40℃
6. Operating ambient humidity: <85%
7. Volume: 430×320×215mm3
8. Weight: 8Kg
3. Keep the connections in good contact. The instrument should be properly grounded!
4. The working place of the instrument should be far away from strong electric fields, strong magnetic fields, and high-frequency equipment. The smaller the interference of the power supply, the better. It is advisable to use lighting lines. If the power supply interference is still large, an AC purified power supply can be used to power the instrument. The capacity of the AC purified power supply should be greater than 200VA.
