According to IEC and relevant national standards, in the production, user acceptance, and maintenance testing of power transformers, the transformer turns ratio test is a mandatory item. This effectively supervises the quality of transformers during factory delivery and use, preventing inter-turn short circuits, open circuits, incorrect connections, internal faults in tap changers, or contact faults. Therefore, our company has developed and produced a fully automatic turns ratio tester based on the original design, incorporating user field requirements to make operation more convenient, with complete functions, stable and reliable data, and greatly improved testing speed. It meets the needs of turns ratio testing for various large, medium, and small transformers.

Product Features

1. Automatically measures the vector group.

2. Automatically performs group transformation.

3. Automatically switches phase sequence.

4. Automatically switches range.

5. Automatically calibrates the meter.

6. After inputting the standard turns ratio, it can automatically calculate the relative error.

7. After one measurement is completed, the test voltage is automatically cut off.

8. Settings and measurement results are automatically saved, and previous data can be viewed.

9. For measuring on-load transformers, only input the turns ratio once.
