Transformer Turns Ratio Tester Manufacturer
Dary Electric recommends to you:
Transformer Turns Ratio Tester uses a microcontroller as the processing core to control the entire device. The turns ratio measurement of single-phase or three-phase transformers can be completed in one operation. This instrument can meet the needs of turns ratio testing for various large, medium, and small transformers. Throughout its use, it has excellent detection effects and provides very good detection and protection for resistance and voltage.
So how should it be used?
1. When using the instrument, you should have a certain understanding of its voltage value. Be sure to control its voltage value within a reasonable range, because if it exceeds this voltage value, it will cause significant problems for the entire detection. Many troubles will arise during detection, leading to inaccurate data and an inability to provide good reference data. Therefore, when choosing to use it, you need to know in advance what its voltage value is.
2. Before using it, you must check its components to see if they are loose, and also check its circuits to understand whether the connections are normal. After confirming these two aspects, you can have very accurate data during the entire detection, allowing the whole detection to have a very good data reference. If looseness occurs, you should directly communicate with the manufacturer to understand how to solve it. Never solve it privately on your own, as this will only lead to more problems during use.
Transformer Turns Ratio Tester precautions:
1. During measurement, do not touch the test object.
2. If the test leads are short-circuited or the high and low voltage connections are reversed, the fuse will blow. After the fuse blows, if you proceed with measurement, after displaying "Measuring, please wait!" it will stop. Please turn off the power, replace the fuse with one of the same capacity, and retest.
3. Keep the connections in good contact, and the instrument should be properly grounded!
4. If the display shows no characters or the color is very faint, adjust the brightness potentiometer to a suitable position.
5. The working place of the instrument should be far away from strong electric fields, strong magnetic fields, and high-frequency equipment. The less interference from the power supply, the better. It is advisable to use lighting lines. If the power supply interference is still significant, an AC purified power supply can be used to power the instrument. The capacity of the AC purified power supply should be greater than 200VA.
6. During operation, if the LCD display is disordered, all buttons do not respond, or the measured value differs greatly from the actual value, press the reset button or turn off the power and then restart the operation.
7. The instrument should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
