Introduction to the Setup and Operation of the KRI9310 DC Resistance Tester - Yangzhou Darui

Darui Electric recommends

KRI9310 DC Resistance Tester
is a high-precision, wide-range resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It can test resistances from 1μΩ to 3MΩ with a maximum display of 30,000 counts. The high test speed is 60 times/second, and at a test speed of 15 times/second, it can still guarantee an accuracy of 0.05%, with reading fluctuations controlled within 3 digits. It comes standard with a temperature compensation function for accurate resistance testing.

The KRI9310 DC resistance tester is equipped with three buttons: "Select", "Confirm", and "Reset". Below is an introduction to its operation:

  1. Resistance Measurement

After powering on the handheld DC resistance tester or pressing the reset button, it enters the initial state (1). At this time, the cursor points to "Resistance". Press the "Confirm" button directly to enter state (2), which displays the changing charging current and measurement time. After charging is complete, it automatically enters state (3), displaying the resistance value, measurement current, and measurement time. Each time the "Confirm" button is pressed, a measurement result is stored (models with a printer will print the result simultaneously). Press the "Reset" button to exit resistance measurement and enter state (4), displaying the discharge current. After discharge ends, it automatically returns to the initial state (1), completing one resistance measurement.

  2. Number Setting

Entering a device number helps in searching memory data. In the initial state (1), move the cursor to "Settings" and press the "Confirm" button to enter state (5), which displays the current device number. Press the "Confirm" button again to enter state (6), prompting you to enter a new device number. At this time, pressing the "Select" button cycles the current input digit from '0' to '9', then from 'A' to 'Z'. After finding the desired number or letter, press the "Confirm" button to input that digit. Then input the next digit in the same way. After entering all six digits, it returns to state (5), displaying the newly entered device number. Press the "Reset" button to return to the initial state (1).

  3. Memory Operation

In the initial state (1), move the cursor to "Memory" and press the "Confirm" button to enter state (7), which displays the total number of records in the current memory. At this time, pressing the "Select" button enters state (8), displaying the memory records sequentially starting from the newest record. NNNNNN represents the device number of that record, and MM represents the MM-th resistance value of that device. Each time the "Confirm" button is pressed during measurement to store a result, the MM value increases by 1. When a new device number is entered, the MM value restarts from 1. Pressing both the "Select" and "Confirm" buttons simultaneously will delete all data in the memory. Press the "Reset" button to exit the memory operation and return to state (1). The memory can store up to 120 measurement results. After exceeding 120, the oldest records will be overwritten. The memory contents can be retained for a long time without loss even when the power is off.

We hope the above content can help everyone better understand this instrument.
