Purpose
The ZZC-1A DC Resistance Tester is an ideal instrument for measuring the DC resistance of various inductive loads such as power transformers, large motors, and mutual inductors, as well as the contact resistance of low-voltage switches, wire and cable, or weld joint resistance.
ZZC-1A DC Resistance Tester Performance Features
1. Fast test speed: The maximum output charging current of this instrument can reach 1A. During measurement, it can effectively compensate for the current inertia of large inductive equipment, accelerate core saturation, thereby shortening charging time and improving test speed. It is hundreds of times faster than traditional single-arm and double-arm bridges.
2. High accuracy: In addition to adopting the advanced four-terminal measurement method, this instrument also uses advanced constant current power supply technology, which keeps the charging current for inductive loads at a relatively stable value, ensuring stable anti-inductance capability and strong anti-interference ability, thereby ensuring measurement accuracy. Moreover, it uses imported high-quality components, resulting in high measurement accuracy and good repeatability.
3. Wide measurement range: The resistance measurement range is 1μΩ to 2KΩ, with a wide range.
