I. Overview
The ZGY-III DC Resistance Tester, with a high-speed microcontroller as its core, adopts high-frequency modulated high-power power supply, high-speed A/D converter, and programmable current source technology, achieving a large current output up to 100A, reaching * measurement effect and highly automated measurement functions. It features high precision, wide measurement range, stable data, good repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, complete protection functions, and fast charge/discharge speed. This instrument is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry, making it a new generation product of transformer DC resistance testers.

II. Main Functions and Features:
1. Uses high-speed 16-bit A/D converter, providing stable measurement data and good repeatability.
2. Automatic programmable current source technology allows manual selection of typical output current values or automatic control by the internal microcontroller. The current source has a total of 2000 current levels. In automatic mode, the internal microcontroller automatically controls the output current based on the measured resistance, achieving a wider measurement range and optimal measurement state.
3. Real-time dynamic display with fast response. The tap changer can be switched directly during measurement, and the instrument will automatically prompt. The new resistance value will be displayed quickly without restarting.
4. Highly intelligent design with clever and advanced function settings, capable of automatically detecting faults such as loose test leads or broken wires.
5. Complete protection functions reliably protect the instrument from back EMF impact and include automatic discharge indication.
