DC Resistance Tester Quotation
Darui Electric recommends:
The DC resistance tester (micro-ohmmeter) is a high-precision replacement for the DC single and double arm bridges. The DC resistance fast tester adopts advanced switching power supply technology and displays measurement results via a dot-matrix LCD. It overcomes the disadvantage of other similar products where LED display values are inconvenient to read in sunlight, and also has an automatic arc suppression function.
Specific operation methods of the instrument panel
◇This machine has a total of three buttons: "Select", "Confirm", and "Reset".
1. Resistance measurement
After the instrument is powered on or the reset button is pressed, it enters the initial state (1). At this time, the cursor pointer points to "Resistance". Press the "Confirm" button directly to enter state (2), which displays the changing charging current and measurement time. After charging is completed, it automatically enters state (3), displaying the resistance value, measurement current, and measurement time. At this time, each press of the "Confirm" button stores one measurement result (models with a printer also print the measurement result). Press the "Reset" button to exit resistance measurement and enter state (4), displaying the discharge current. After discharge ends, it automatically returns to the initial state (1), completing one resistance measurement.
2. Number setting
Entering the device number helps in searching memory data. In the initial state (1), point the cursor to "Settings" and press the "Confirm" key to enter state (5), which displays the current device number. Press the "Confirm" key again to enter state (6), prompting to input a new device number. At this time, pressing the "Select" key makes the current input digit cycle from '0' to '9', then from 'A' to 'Z'. After finding the desired number or letter, press the "Confirm" key to input that digit, then input the next digit in the same way. After entering six digits, it returns to state (5), displaying the newly entered device number. Press the "Reset" key to return to the initial state (1).
3. Memory operation
In the initial state (1), move the cursor to "Memory" and press the "Confirm" key to enter state (7), which displays the total number of records in the current storage. At this time, pressing the "Select" key can enter state (8), displaying the storage records starting from the latest record. NNNNNN represents the device number of that record, and MM represents the MM-th resistance value of that device. During measurement, each time the "Confirm" key is pressed to store a measurement result, the MM value increases by 1. Each time a new device number is entered, the MM value restarts from 1. Pressing both the "Select" and "Confirm" keys simultaneously will clear all data in the memory. Press the "Reset" key to exit the memory operation and return to state (1). The memory can store up to 120 measurement results. After exceeding 120, the oldest records will be overwritten. The memory content can be retained for a long time without loss even when power is off.
