Insulation Resistance Tester Manufacturer
Darui Electric recommends:
The insulation resistance tester is mainly used to measure the insulation resistance of large transformers, instrument transformers, generators, high-voltage motors, power capacitors, power cables, lightning arresters and other equipment.
Features
1. The resistance range can be automatically switched, with corresponding indication.
2. Two methods simultaneously display the insulation resistance value. The mechanical pointer adopts an ultra-thin tension wire structure with strong shock resistance. The mechanical pointer allows easy observation of the change range of insulation resistance, while the dot-matrix LCD screen guides the user in operating the instrument and provides accurate measurement results.
3. The mechanical meter head and LCD screen are combined into one. Dual-scale display, automatic range switching. Colored scales are easy to read.
4. It adopts an embedded industrial microcontroller and real-time operating software system. High automation, strong anti-interference capability, the instrument can automatically calculate the absorption ratio and polarization index without manual intervention.
5. User-friendly interface, all measurement results have power-off protection, and can continuously store 20 measurement results.
6. When the instrument generates high voltage, a beep sound is output.
7. Built-in residual high-voltage discharge circuit, after testing, it can automatically discharge the residual high voltage on the tested equipment.
8. Dual AC/DC power supply, equipped with rechargeable battery and AC adapter.
9. The instrument adopts a portable design, convenient for field operation.
2. Insulation resistance: 200GΩ
3. Accuracy: 5%
4. High-voltage short-circuit current: 3mA
5. Insulation performance: When the voltage between circuit and housing is 1000V DC, the maximum is 2000MΩ
6. Withstand voltage performance: When the voltage between circuit and housing is 2500V AC, withstand for 1 minute
7. Dimensions: 230mm×190mm×90mm (L×W×H)
8. Weight: 2KG
(2) For equipment that may induce high voltage, measurement can only be carried out after eliminating this possibility.
(3) The surface of the object under test should be clean to reduce contact resistance and ensure the correctness of the measurement results.
(4) Before measurement, check whether the megohmmeter is in normal working condition, mainly check its "0" and "∞" points. That is, shake the handle to make the motor reach the rated speed. When the megohmmeter is short-circuited, it should point to "0", and when open-circuited, it should point to "∞".
