HLY-III Loop Resistance TesterAccording to the new "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Electric Power Equipment", the test current for measuring the conductive loop resistance of various switchgear shall not be less than 100A.
In response, our factory has designed and developed a new generation of intelligent loop resistance tester products according to the new regulations. This product is suitable for testing the contact resistance of main contacts in high and low voltage switches, and the DC resistance of high and low voltage cable lines. The HLY-III intelligent loop resistance tester adopts 100A constant current output. The maximum output voltage reaches 10V (2-3 times that of conventional instruments), allowing the use of thin test leads, greatly reducing the labor intensity of field test personnel. The test process is fully controlled and automatically implemented by a single chip, with high accuracy, good repeatability, single-button operation, simple and easy, and test data displayed on LCD. Suitable for different working environments.
2. Working Principle
This instrument is equipped with a built-in 100A/200A switching power supply, enabling constant current 100A/200A dual-loop real-time tracking test. Ensure correct test results.

4. Operating Procedure
1. Connect the wiring according to the four-terminal method.
2. Turn on the power.
3. Press the measure/print button (if the current display A value is less than 100A/200A, it can be corrected via the panel current fine-tuning).
4. After the measured value is displayed, if you need to save the data, press and hold the measure/print button for three seconds to print the data.
5. After the measurement, please turn off the power.
6. Please take care of the test clamps.
