According to the new "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Power Equipment", the test current for measuring the conductive loop resistance of various switchgear shall not be less than 100A.In response, our factory has designed and developed a new generation of intelligent loop resistance tester products according to the new regulations. This product is suitable for testing the contact resistance of main contacts in high and low voltage switches, as well as the DC resistance of high and low voltage cable lines. The JD-100 intelligent loop resistance tester adopts 100A constant current output. The maximum output voltage reaches 10V (2-3 times that of conventional instruments), allowing the use of thinner test leads, greatly reducing the labor intensity of field testers. The entire test process is automatically controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, with high accuracy and good repeatability. Single-button operation makes it simple and easy to use, and test data is displayed on an LCD. Suitable for different working environments.

II. Working Principle
This instrument has a built-in 100A switching power supply, achieving two sets of circuits with constant 100A current for real-time tracking testing, ensuring accurate test results.

1. Connect the wires according to the four-terminal method.
2. Turn on the power.
3. Press the measurement button (if the current display A value is less than 100A, it can be corrected via the panel current fine-tuning).
4. After the measurement value is displayed, save the data if needed.
5. After measurement, please turn off the power.
6. Please take care of the test clamps.
