Contact Loop Resistance Tester
Darui Electric recommends for you:
GHHL Contact Loop Resistance Tester, also known as Loop Resistance Tester or High Current Micro-ohmmeter.It is a dedicated testing instrument for contact resistance of high and low voltage switches, cables and wires, and weld joints. Its current adopts the standard current recommended by the national standard GB736, allowing measurement of the resistance of the test object under standard current conditions. This instrument features small size, light weight, strong anti-interference capability, high accuracy, easy operation, and comprehensive protection functions. It meets the requirements for on-site high-voltage switch maintenance in power and power supply departments and loop resistance testing in high-voltage switch factories.
Types and Uses
Loop Resistance Tester: Ground Resistance Meter Uses and Scope: Ground resistance is suitable for directly measuring the ground resistance value of various grounding devices, and can also be used for general low resistance measurement. The four-terminal (0-1-10-100Ω specifications) can also measure soil resistivity.
Loop Resistance Tester: Single-clamp Loop Resistance Tester
Single-clamp Loop Ground Resistance Tester Performance and Features: Unique single-clamp design avoids errors caused by mutual interference between two probes of double-clamp type. No auxiliary ground rods needed; just clamp on to measure.
Loop Resistance Tester: Universal Ground/Insulation Resistance Tester
There are many testing methods: double-clamp ground resistance test, four-pole ground resistance test, soil resistivity test, insulation resistance test, AC/DC resistance tester voltage test, and current RMS test.
Loop Resistance Tester: Ground Impedance Tester
The clamp-type ground resistance meter series does not require auxiliary ground rods or interrupting the grounding of the equipment under test. Simply clamp around the ground wire or rod to measure ground resistance down to 0.1Ω. It can also perform current measurement.

Microprocessor-controlled, with high accuracy and reliability. Three indicator lights check if the wiring is correct. Direct reading of short-circuit protection current and ground fault current. Automatically locks when the test resistor overheats.
Loop Resistance Tester: Digital Ground Resistance Tester
This tester is specifically designed to measure the ground resistance of various electrical equipment, lightning rods, and other grounding devices. It is an all-electronic instrument, with key circuits assembled from integrated circuits manufactured by Texas Instruments, USA. The testing principle is advanced.
Loop Resistance Tester: Double-clamp Ground Resistance Tester
It has multiple ground resistance measurement methods: no auxiliary electrode / three-pole / four-pole / two-pole method - suitable for various measurement environments. Wide measurement range: 0.002Ω - 300KΩ - meeting various requirements.

Working Principle
The loop resistance tester uses a pulse-width modulated high-frequency switching power supply to provide a test current greater than 100A. When the measurement button is pressed, the high-frequency switching power supply outputs a test current above 100A, and simultaneously the sampling circuit begins sampling. The obtained signal is amplified by an amplifier, converted from analog to digital by an A/D converter, then processed by the microprocessor for filtering, calculation, and processing. Finally, the display shows the measured current and resistance value. After displaying for 10 seconds, the system automatically resets. When the measured loop resistance is less than 400μΩ, the minimum resolution is 0.1μΩ; when it is greater than 400μΩ, the minimum resolution is 1μΩ.
Switch loop resistance tester testing principle:
1. After rectification of the industrial frequency AC power supply, it is converted into a 15KHz high-frequency power supply, then transformed and rectified into a low-voltage DC power supply. The feedback signal is taken from the voltage drop across the load resistor. After processing, the pulse width of the high-frequency current is adjusted, i.e., pulse width modulation technology is used to achieve automatic constant current.
2. When a DC 100A test current passes through the measured resistance, a voltage drop is generated, and simultaneously a voltage drop is generated through the internal standard resistance. The accuracy is higher than that of general bridge tests.
2. Turn on the power.
3. Press the measurement button and
