Working Principle of JH-02 Transformer Oil Chromatography Online Monitoring System
When the JH-02 Transformer Oil Chromatography Online Monitoring System is in operation, it first uses the oil sample collection unit to circulate the oil circuit, handling the dead oil in the connecting pipes, and then quantifies the oil sample; the oil-gas separation unit rapidly separates dissolved gases in the oil and delivers them to the quantitative tube of the six-way valve for automatic injection; driven by the carrier gas, the sample gas is separated through the chromatographic column and sequentially enters the gas detector; the data acquisition unit completes the conversion and acquisition of AD data, and the embedded processing unit stores, calculates, and analyzes the collected data, and uploads the data to the data processing server (installed in the main control room) via a 100M Ethernet interface, and finally the JH-02-03 monitoring and early warning software performs data processing and fault analysis
Composition of JH-02 Transformer Oil Chromatography Online Monitoring System
The JH-02 Transformer Oil Chromatography Online Monitoring System can be independently completed by the on-site monitoring host, which includes four highly integrated modules: chromatographic data acquisition and processing module, oil-gas separation module, gas detection module, and gas source module, as well as auxiliary units. Among them, the chromatographic data acquisition and processing module includes data acquisition unit, on-site control processing unit, communication control unit, and 61850 protocol communication; the oil-gas separation module includes oil sample circulation collection unit, oil sample quantification unit, oil sample processing and return unit, and degassing and gas collection unit; the gas detection module includes gas separation unit, constant temperature and constant flow control unit, and gas detection unit; the gas source module includes gas generation unit, gas storage unit, purification unit, pressure control and alarm unit; auxiliary units include transformer interface, oil pipes, and communication and power cables.
If not uploading data and alarm values directly through the 61850 communication protocol, a computer and monitoring software can also be installed in the main control room to directly monitor the operation status of the equipment in the main control room.
