Product Introduction:
According to the principles of the "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Power Equipment" and related specifications, this comprehensive measuring instrument is used to measure and analyze the electrical performance indicators of on-load tap changers in power transformers and special transformers within the power system. It is controlled by a computer and uses a specially designed measurement circuit to measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronization of on-load tap changers. With a brand-new testing principle and microcomputer technology, it allows testing of the performance of on-load tap changers in various power transformers without disassembling or lifting the switch on site, displaying and printing transition waveforms and parameters. Depending on requirements and site conditions, measurements can be taken directly from the tap changer leads, or directly connected to the three-phase bushings and neutral point of the transformer.
Precautions
1. Read the manual carefully before using the instrument.
2. Operators should have general knowledge of electrical equipment or instruments.
3. It operates normally within an ambient temperature of -5°C to 40°C and relative humidity ≤80%, but when used outdoors, avoid rain and direct sunlight on the LCD screen.
4. Turn on the power switch only after all test leads are properly connected.
5. After testing, wait for discharge to complete before removing test leads.
6. Do not move test clamps during testing.
7. If the current is too low, connect two or more wires in parallel as one measurement path, and short-circuit unused wires with the black wire.
8. The power socket has a protective ground wire; plug into a three-hole grounded outlet.
