The transformer on-load tap changer tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used to analyze and measure the electrical performance indicators of on-load tap changers in power transformers and special transformers in the power system, based on the principles of the "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Power Equipment".It adopts computer control and a specially designed measuring circuit, enabling the measurement of parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronization of the on-load tap changer. With a brand-new testing principle and microcomputer technology, it allows testing of the performance of on-load tap changers of various power transformers without disassembling or hoisting the switch on site, and displays and prints the transition waveform and its parameters. According to needs and site conditions, it can be directly connected to the tap changer leads for measurement, or directly connected to the transformer's three-phase bushings and neutral point for measurement.

7. If the current is too small, you can connect two or more wires in parallel as one measurement channel, and short-circuit unused wires with the black wire.
