AC Impedance Tester
Darui Electric recommends:
Referred to as AC Impedance Tester, with the English name Generator RXRotor AC Impedance Testing Instrument, it is used for generator sets of all capacities to measure the rotor AC impedance and its characteristic curves of various synchronous generators under dynamic and static conditions.
Main Features
1. Measures the rotor AC impedance and its characteristic curves of various synchronous generators under dynamic and static conditions;
2. One-key flywheel (rotary mouse) without buttons, making operation more convenient;
3. Built-in ultra-large capacity memory, can store 6400 sets of data, upload to PC via RS232 communication interface, realizing data download, automatic generation and editing of test reports, facilitating technical management and archiving;
4. Optional fast automatic measurement and arbitrary manual measurement modes;
5. Blue large-screen graphic LCD display, full Chinese menu prompts for operation, simple and convenient;
6. Built-in micro printer, real-time printing of test data and characteristic curves;
7. Complete overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions. Automatically adjusts protection action values according to test parameters to ensure equipment safety;
8. Can also be used for no-load and short-circuit tests of single-phase transformers and volt-ampere characteristic tests of voltage (current) transformers and arc suppression coils. It can also measure the AC impedance of various synchronous and asynchronous motor windings. Fully automatic acquisition, measurement, display, storage, and printing of all measurement parameters (voltage, current, impedance, power, frequency).
3. AC current: 0----120A 0.2 class; 4. Active power: 0-----72KW 0.5 class;
5. Frequency: 45-75HZ 0.2 class; 6. Working power supply: 220±10% 50HZ;
7. Dimensions: 320×268×150mm.
2. Connect the wiring correctly during tests. Only power on after checking that the wiring is correct and connections are reliable.
3. Among the two wires of the test clamp, the slightly thicker wire is the current wire (I1, I2), and the slightly thinner wire is the voltage wire (U1, U2). The instrument uses a dedicated high-current quick connector; when plugging and unplugging, rotate slightly.
4. Operate correctly. During testing, the voltage regulator should be uniformly and slowly increased near the test point to ensure the reliability of data acquisition.
5. If protection action occurs during the test, the cause must be identified and the abnormality eliminated before continuing the test. Do not operate blindly to avoid unnecessary losses.
