Switch Vacuum Tester With the rise of the oil-free trend in medium-voltage switches, vacuum switches have been widely promoted and applied due to their unique advantages.Over the years, due to reasons in production processes and on-site operating environments, some vacuum switches may have varying degrees of leakage in their vacuum arc extinguishing chambers during operation, and some may leak to the point where they cannot interrupt normally within their normal lifespan. In such cases, interrupting may fail to operate correctly, leading to serious consequences. Most domestic vacuum switch accidents are caused by this reason. Therefore, strengthening regular or irregular detection of vacuum switch vacuum levels has become a very important step. The traditional detection method is the "withstand voltage method," which involves applying a certain voltage between the moving and static contacts while the vacuum switch is in the open state, detecting the magnitude of the leakage current, and thereby inferring the condition of the vacuum tube. The advantage of this method is its simple operation; the disadvantage is that it can only qualitatively detect the condition of the vacuum tube, and it cannot accurately distinguish vacuum levels between 10 and 10 Pa, making it impossible to determine the trend of leakage (i.e., how much leakage has occurred compared to the last measurement of the same vacuum switch).
