Vacuum Switch Vacuum Degree Tester (English name: Vacuum Switch Vacuum Degree Tester or Vacuum Tester), is mainly used for quantitative measurement of the vacuum degree inside the arc extinguishing chamber of various types of vacuum switches. It uses a single-chip computer as the main control unit, and the testing process is fully automated. In principle, it changes the method of using current peak for calibration in similar products at home and abroad, and instead uses ion charge for calibration, effectively suppressing the interference of pulse power supply during the testing process, making the test more stable and reliable.
In conventional magnetic discharge testing of the vacuum degree of the arc extinguishing chamber, in order to improve the testing sensitivity, it is necessary to remove the arc extinguishing chamber from the circuit breaker and place it inside the solenoid coil. As a result, when reinstalling the arc extinguishing chamber into the circuit breaker, mechanical parameters need to be adjusted, which is labor-intensive and requires professional personnel. However, using a new type of magnetic coil can surround the arc extinguishing chamber from the side, so there is no need to disassemble the arc extinguishing chamber. By using a single-chip microcomputer for synchronous control and data acquisition and processing, the on-site testing sensitivity of the vacuum degree of the arc extinguishing chamber is improved.
