Performance Features:
1 Fast test speed, high accuracy, and good repeatability.
2 Has CT, PT, and Z-shaped connection transformer testing functions.
3 Can automatically test the ratio and group number.
4 One start can automatically measure the winding ratio value and calculate parameters such as ratio error, tap position, tap value, and polarity.
5 Can automatically store measurement results. This instrument has a built-in non-volatile memory and a micro printer, which can print all data.
6 Large LCD Chinese display menu, intuitive and convenient operation.
7 The instrument is small and lightweight, suitable for field operations.
Precautions:
1 Digital 0.5-class transformer ratio tester, please read the manual carefully before using the instrument.
2 Digital 0.5-class transformer ratio tester price, to prevent static electricity, please try to use a single-phase grounded power supply.
3 When wiring, use the special test leads to connect the high and low voltage sides of the transformer to the high and low voltage sockets of the instrument respectively; be sure not to reverse them, otherwise it will cause damage to the instrument.
4 When wiring, pay attention to the yellow, green, red, and black clips corresponding to the A, B, C, O terminals of the transformer and the neutral point terminal, do not connect them incorrectly.
5 After the instrument is turned on, do not short-circuit or ground the test leads to each other, and keep unused test lead clips suspended.
6 The instrument should avoid severe vibration. To ensure the normal operation of the LCD, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Common Problems and Solutions:
|
Common Fault |
Fault Analysis and Solutions |
|
No display on power-on |
1) Poor contact of power plug or damaged fuse 2) LCD contrast needs adjustment 3) Instrument power board fault |
|
Inaccurate test results |
1) Check if parameter settings are correct 2) Internal A/D board fault |
|
Printer does not print |
1) Internal computer board or power board fault 2) Check if the printer connector is loose, and if the paper is loaded correctly (thermal paper can only be printed on one side) 3) Printer itself faulty |
