   AGV brush plate and brush block are the initial products of today's society, and are the most commonly used supplementary power supply devices. They can be seen everywhere in life. So what benefits do AGV brush plates and brush blocks bring to people?

      1. No matter where you are, you no longer have to worry about running out of power for the electric tools you use;

      2. AGV brush plate and brush block are a new type of supplementary power supply equipment developed based on battery charging and discharging technology, which can easily achieve automatic supplementary power supply and automatic discharge functions;

To achieve good results, it is necessary to ensure high utilization of the automatic guided vehicle (hereinafter referred to as AGV). Therefore, the AGV drive battery and battery charging become an issue. With the development of high-power batteries, it is now possible to allow batteries to be quickly charged within a few seconds. This technology enables AGVs to complete charging without being removed from the production line during production. The battery charging device can be installed anywhere in the entire production process system where the AGV is allowed to stop (such as segmented transport areas, turning areas, loading stop areas, etc.). Note that the markings should be integrated with the existing layout as much as possible.

   The battery charging device consists of a brush plate and a brush block. The brush plate is installed on the ground, or can be side-mounted on a bracket beside the AGV running track, while the brush block is installed on the vehicle. The factory power supply provides power to the brush plate. Once the AGV travels to the charging position and the brush block contacts the brush plate, the AGV will be charged. The slide-in/slide-out ramps on the brush plate help the brush block to smoothly enter or exit. The brush installed on the brush block can sweep away residues on the brush plate. The working voltage of the battery charging device is 12-80V. When the rated voltage is greater than 25VAC or 60VDC, a protective device must be installed to avoid accidental contact.

      AGV serves as transport vehicles or mobile assembly platforms, connecting various assembly areas on the assembly line. AGV can also be used as transport vehicles for warehousing and internal logistics, or as lifting equipment.
