Darui Electric recommends for you
1. Self-check:
a. Before use, ensure the batteries of the transmitter and transmitter NO.2, and the receiver are fully charged. Connect one end of the self-test line to a 220V power supply, and insert the other end into the transmitter and transmitter NO.2, then turn on the transmitter power switch. The transmitter must be placed at least 30cm above the ground, otherwise the reception sensitivity will be affected.
b. Turn on the receiver power switch, press the test button, the receiver enters a 10-second countdown. After the countdown, it displays the "same phase" initial waveform, with light, text, and sound prompts at the same position, indicating the instrument is functioning properly.
2. Field use:
a. Before use, the working requirements of the "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Safety Tools" must be observed.
b. Connect the transmitter and transmitter NO.2 to the insulating rod (the insulating rod must be used with two sections joined together), turn on the power switch, and the transmitter indicator light shows green.
c. Turn on the receiver power switch, press the test button, the receiver enters a 10-second countdown. After the countdown, contact the transmitter and transmitter NO.2 with the original end and the test end respectively. The transmitter indicator light changes from green to red.
d. When the receiver shows "same phase", the display is as follows: the waveform is at the same starting position; the phase angle difference displays "0" or "360".
Safety precautions:
1. During field testing, operate according to the safety distance standards for high-voltage testing of the power department.
2. The standard configuration insulating rod is 3 meters, corresponding to a voltage level of ≤ 220kV. If the measured line voltage is higher than 220KV, please use an insulating rod longer than 3 meters.
3. During phase verification operation, do not hold beyond the handle position of the insulating rod.
High-voltage wireless phase verifier is mainly used for phase verification in various occasions such as power lines and substation lines. It has functions of phase verification, phase sequence detection, and voltage detection. The high-voltage phase signal under test is extracted by the collector, processed, and then directly transmitted. The phase verifier receives and compares the phases, and qualitatively determines the result after phase verification. It is used in substations, distribution rooms, and transmission lines where the phase may change before new equipment is put into operation or after maintenance. When equipment with possible phase changes is put into system operation, the phase sequence should be verified to be the same before synchronous parallel operation.
Working principle:
The instrument consists of 2 transmitters and 1 receiving host. The transmitters can determine whether the line is live and measure the line phase and frequency. Each transmitter sends the measured data to the receiving host via radio. The receiving host calculates the phase difference between the two lines based on the transmitter data and determines whether they are in the same or different phases.
