DC Resistance Tester S7
The engineer tool software provides additional programming for automation systems in a user-friendly, task-oriented manner. It mainly includes the following programming languages:
(l) S7-SCL (Structured Control Language) is a high-level language based on Pascal, used for programming SI-MATIC S7/C7 controllers. S7-GRAPH performs graphical configuration for process control and can be used for SIAMTIC S7/C7 controllers. S7-HiGraph uses state diagrams to graphically depict sequential or asynchronous production processes, and it can be used for SIAMTiC S7/C7 controllers.
(2) CFC (Continuous Function Chart) connects existing process plans through graphical internal connections of complex functions, and can be used for SIMATIC S7 controllers. The use of engineer tool software is very beneficial for larger and more complex applications; accordingly, it requires support from higher-level CPU modules.
All CPU modules can be programmed using basic languages such as STL, LAD, and FBD. For example, if the S7-SCL high-level language is needed, it is recommended that users select CPU313C, CPU314, or higher-level CPU modules. If graphical languages (S7-GRAPH, S7-HiGraph, and CFC) are needed, it is recommended to select CPU314 or higher-level CPU modules.
